Formal toasts under the string lights, brass and dark wood, then the tables clear and a live band takes over until the DJ does. The Ball closes it with medals, coins and a flag wall built from every platoon’s colours.

  • You have done offsites that felt like vacations, and you want one that doesn’t.
  • Any age, any fitness level. Every physical activity scales, nobody is shamed, everybody finishes.

Skip it if

  • You need daily phone and email access. Muster to Graduation is largely disconnected by design.
  • You are looking for a spa weekend. There is a spa. It is not the point.
  • You have a medical condition that hasn’t been cleared for moderate physical exertion. Talk to us first, we’ll help you decide.

Questions before you sign up.

Is this actually physically demanding, or is it mostly theater?
Both are true at once. The obstacle course, ruck, and mission task are genuinely challenging, but every drill has a scaled version, and platoon scoring rewards teamwork over raw fitness. Nobody is left behind; that’s not a slogan, it’s how the scoring works.
What if I’m not “fit”? Will I be able to keep up?
Yes. The baseline assessment on Day 1 classifies recruits Green, Orange, or Red, and platoons are built with a mix of all three. Cadre never shame, they push. Most people leave surprised by what they could actually do.
Do we really give up our phones?
Largely, yes. There are set windows for connectivity, but the retreat is designed to work best with minimal phone use. Live drone footage of common areas is streamed to a shared screen instead, so you’re not missing the moment, you’re just not watching it through a screen.
What’s actually included in the price?
Accommodation at Hyatt Dehradun, all meals, full programming, kit issue (uniform, dog tags, rucksack), all keynote speakers, and the closing ceremony coin and medals. Two package tiers are available depending on production level. Full pricing is in the briefing dossier.
Can our company book OperationForgeX exclusively for our team?
Yes. Private cohorts are available for organizations that want the full 320-person unit to be entirely their own team, or smaller custom cohorts. Ask for the corporate booking dossier.
